Fanny & Ian


This summer, we had the pleasure of catering the wedding of Fanny & Ian at the Robert H. Lee Alumni Centre. 280 guests were served main dishes that included: Gnocchi with Blackberry Brown Butter Sauce with Hazelnuts and Grated Padano, Cedar Planks of Skoona Bay Salmon with Fresh Herbs and our famous Short Ribs.
