Hungry Health with Jennifer: Chimichurri Ingredients

Herbs and Spices Pack More Than a Punch of Flavour, They Are Also Great For You and Your Health!

Modern science is beginning to uncover the power of spices and herbs as weapons against illnesses, and our chimichurri sauce has a few powerful healers on board! Read along to discover some interesting information about these natural ingredients:

Parsley is great for easing digestion and useful in detoxification. It freshens your breath and contains Vitamins A, E & C, which are all great for healing and maintaining a healthy immune system.

Cilantro relieves indigestion, is great for muscle and joint pain, and works as a disinfectant for minor cuts and scrapes. It kills bacteria and fungi, contains Calcium, Iron, and Magnesium. These minerals are essential for energy production and strong muscle and nerve function.
